Job Title: Product Assembler Job Description

The Product Assembler works on a new production line with multiple stations, assembling components, securing them with power tools, and performing final testing and packaging of finished products. This role involves hands-on mechanical and light electrical assembly, consistent use of drills or torque wrenches, and adherence to quality standards in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.

• Work on a multi-station production line, completing 23 defined steps of the assembly process at an assigned station.
• Assemble components by fitting and securing parts according to work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
• Use drills and torque wrenches to secure parts accurately and safely, following torque specifications where applicable.
• Perform electrical assembly tasks such as wiring, crimping, and soldering when required by the stations process.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure proper assembly sequence and component placement.
• Operate at the final testing station by connecting completed assemblies to test equipment for go/no-go testing.
• Identify and separate nonconforming or failed assemblies and follow established procedures for rework or escalation.
• Package and palletize completed products after they pass testing, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging.
• Use an iPad or similar device to navigate work instructions, record production data, and track completed tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and quality guidelines throughout the shift.
• Stand and work on the production line for 810 hours per day while safely handling parts up to 20 pounds.

• At least 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• At least 1 year of experience using a drill or torque wrench in an assembly or production setting.
• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions, with exposure to blueprints or schematics.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to stand for 810 hours per day and safely lift and handle items up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to navigate and use an iPad or similar tablet for work instructions and data entry.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate assemblies.
• Reliability and consistency in attendance, punctuality, and following established procedures.

• Experience with electrical assembly, including wiring, crimping, and soldering.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Previous experience working on a multi-station production line.
• Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment with defined station tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to rotate between stations as needed.
• Basic understanding of go/no-go testing processes and quality checks.

This role is based in a medium-sized, recently renovated manufacturing facility that is extremely clean, well lit, organized, and fully climate controlled. The standard schedule is 1st shift, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Employees work on a structured production line using tools such as drills, torque wrenches, and test equipment, as well as iPads for instructions and data entry. The facility features a state-of-the-art cafeteria, and soda and water are provided free of charge to all employees. The dress code requires jeans, steel toe boots, and a t-shirt without obscene graphics, supporting a safe and practical work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FRANKSVILLE, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
